I am currently undergoing scar treatment here for hypertrophic chest scars and have had such a wonderful experience at every single appointment. The entire team is exceptionally sweet, friendly, and welcoming, which made a world of difference for me. Going into my first treatment, I was quite anxious and didn't know what to expect, but they talked me through every step, provided clear aftercare, and made sure I felt completely supported. I left every session feeling confident, well informed, and excited for my results.

My journey so far:
• Profractional Laser (Sept 2024): Over the course of about 8 months (healing takes time!), this single session completely transformed my scars from thick, raised ropes visible through my t-shirts to being almost entirely flat.
• BBL Hero (July 2026): I returned for the first of three BBL sessions to target redness. Even after just one week, I’ve already noticed a clear improvement and can’t wait for my next two sessions.
• SkinPen Microneedling (July 2026): I was also given the opportunity to model for a SkinPen session on surgical scars. While it’s too early to see final results, the post-care support has been top-notch, complete with clear instructions and specific take-home products to aid healing.

This team is deeply knowledgeable, executes treatments flawlessly, and is one of the very few medspas in the country with access to this level of technology. Despite this, other medspas seem to charge just as much, if not more. I trust this team completely. Don’t waste your time or money anywhere else - I genuinely cannot recommend them enough.

I had such a great experience at Nassif Medical Spa. From the moment you arrive at the clinic the customer service was exceptional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. I felt well looked after from start to finish. The clinic itself is modern, luxurious and spotless.

What really stood out at the clinic was the level of knowledge and professionalism from Amanda and her team. Amanda took the time to talk me through all the steps of the laser treatment and what to expect after the treatment, which made me feel completely at ease. She gave me her contact details so that I could reach her at anytime during the healing process. She also checked in daily to see how I was healing and gave recommendations to help with the process.
