Communications through our website or via email are not encrypted and are not necessarily secure. Use of the internet or email is for your convenience only, and by using them, you assume the risk of unauthorised use.

In doing so you hereby agree to hold Dr. Paul Nassif, Nassif Medspa UK, its doctors and affiliates, harmless from any hacking or any other unauthorized use of your personal information by outside parties.

BLACK FRIDAY TERMS & CONDITIONS 2025

Payment Terms: All Black Friday offers must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Validity Period: Offers are valid from Tuesday 6th January 2026 date to until 30^th June 2026.

Any purchases made before or after this period will not qualify for Black Friday discounts.

No Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any services or packages purchased during this promotion.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled appointment will result in a forfeiture of the payment.

Limited Availability: Offers are subject to availability and may not be combined with any other promotions.

Pre Treatment: Consultation and or patch tests will be required before treatment commences.

Service Restrictions: Certain services may be excluded from Black Friday discounts. Please inquire for details.

There is no limit on the number of treatments that can be purchased, however, payment must be made in full and the terms of our Cancellations and Refunds policy continue to apply.

Laser Hair Removal: areas that are sold as a package, for example the Brazilian & Underarms Package, areas purchased in the package cannot be split over separate appointments.

Existing Appointments: Discounts cannot be applied to pre booked appointments or courses.

Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers purchased during this promotion are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Promotional Codes: Any promotional codes must be presented at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively.

Loyalty Discounts: Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with Black Friday offers.

Special Event Days: Some offers may only be valid on specific days during the promotional period.

Scheduling: All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Age Restrictions: Some services may require clients to be 21 years or older.

Health and Safety: Clients must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their treatment before booking.

Changes to Offers: We reserve the right to modify or cancel any offer at any time without prior notice.

Social Media Engagement: Clients may be required to engage with our social media accounts to qualify for certain offers.

Referral Program: Referral discounts cannot be applied to Black Friday promotions.

Laser Hair Removal Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By booking and attending an appointment, you agree to adhere to these guidelines, which are designed to ensure the best possible results and a safe experience.

1. Appointment Attendance and Treatment Areas
Skin Condition Requirements: On the day of your appointment, certain areas may be skipped, avoided, or covered if the skin appears dry, inflamed, pigmented, or infected. This is to prevent potential reactions, including burns, from the laser. Skipped areas will not be credited or compensated, and the session will be completed according to clinic protocol to ensure both effectiveness and safety.
Session Protocol: All laser sessions are conducted in alignment with professional standards to maximize efficiency and safety, minimizing any risk of burns or injury.

2. Refund Policy
Refunds for Sessions and Courses: Upon completion of a consultation, clients agree to all terms of practice and understand that refunds will not be issued for sessions or courses.
Adjournment for Health Reasons: In cases of illness or pregnancy, your course may be adjourned until you are able to return to the clinic. All courses remain valid indefinitely and do not expire.

3. Complaints and Disputes
Resolution Process: In the case of a complaint or dispute, the clinic will work with you to resolve the matter promptly and professionally.
Clinic Owner’s Rights: The clinic owner reserves the right to discontinue a client’s course at any time. If a refund is issued as part of the resolution, it will be calculated minus any incurred expenses, and any promotional rates will be voided.
Revised Course Charges: If a refund is granted, any sessions already completed will be charged at the standard rate, and the total refund amount will be adjusted accordingly. Promotional rates or discounts originally applied will not be honoured on refunded courses.

4. General Policies
Late Arrival: Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
Preparation Requirements: Clients are expected to follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by the clinic to maximize results and avoid adverse reactions.

5. Liability Waiver: By attending your session, you acknowledge that all necessary precautions will be taken by the clinic, and you agree to release the clinic from liability for any adverse reactions as outlined during the consultation.

6. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional rates, discounts, and offers are valid only as per their original terms and are non-transferable. If a promotional course is terminated early, standard session rates will apply to completed sessions, and any remaining balance will be calculated without discounts.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Gift Cards can be used to purchase goods and services at Nassif MedSpa UK, except as set out in the Terms & Conditions.

This card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Lost, stolen or damaged cards cannot be replaced.

No change will be given.

This gift certificate is non-transferable and resale is prohibited.

In case of dispute, the decision of Nassif MedSpa UK shall be final.

Valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

When purchasing NassifMD Medical Spa Gift Card with Black Friday / Cyber Monday discount it can not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

You may only redeem your NassifMD Medical Spa Gift Card in GB pounds sterling

Age Policy

Our laser hair removal patients must be at least 21 years of age.

For persons aged 18-21, the Parent/guardian must be present for consultation and treatment and understand the procedure and aftercare.

Signed Consent must be done in person (the Consultation form cannot be taken home by the child).

We advise that due to hormonal changes/puberty, we do not recommend under 12 years of age.

NassifMD Medical Spa UK may request a valid form of ID to identify the age of the prospective client.

Medical Conditions And Medications

Can treat when the client is on Antibiotics as long as they are not photosensitive

Photosensitive must wait 2 weeks after taken

Medication such as Roaccutane must be discontinued 6 months prior to treatment

Auto-immune- must-have Doctor consent. Psoriasis and eczema can treat around unless active, irritated or heat reactive.

Cancer – 2 years in remission with letter from Oncologist

No treatment or patch test can be perfomed if the patient has a sun tan or false tan on the area being treated.

Treatment Booking Deposit

A deposit for your Laser Hair Removal is required in advance of your booking (redeemable against treatment cost) The deposit amount will depend on the type of treatment and or treatment area(s) booked and is redeemed against treatment.

SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern the use of SMS messaging services provided by Nassif Medspa UK. By opting in to or using our SMS messaging services, you agree to these SMS Terms, in addition to our general Terms of Service available on our website.

OPT-IN

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Nassif Medspa UK, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding your appointments, orders, promotions, and other relevant notifications.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Our SMS messaging service may include, but is not limited to, the following:

COSTS AND FEES

Nassif Medspa UK does not charge for SMS messaging services. However, standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details on your SMS and data plan.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in the SMS message or by contacting us directly. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Nassif Medspa UK unless you opt in again.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

– You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier related to SMS messaging.
