Your consultation

Choosing an aesthetic treatment is a personal decision, and for many patients, the consultation is where everything starts to become clearer.

Before recommending a treatment, we want to understand what has brought you to us. You will have time to talk through the area or concern you would like to address, what you have noticed, what you would like to change and what you are hoping to achieve.

Your practitioner will assess you in person and talk you through the options that may be appropriate for you. This may include discussing different treatments, how they work, what they can realistically achieve and whether there are any limitations or considerations specific to you.

We do not believe that every concern needs treating, or that there is always one obvious treatment. Sometimes the most appropriate option may be a combination of treatments, a different approach altogether, or simply giving you more time to consider your options.

Your consultation is also your opportunity to ask questions and get a clear understanding of what is involved before making a decision. You will never be pressured to proceed with treatment on the day.

For us, a good consultation is not about trying to sell you a treatment. It is about making sure you understand your options and that any treatment you choose is appropriate for you, your concerns and the result you are looking to achieve.
