Monthly Memberships

Your membership fee is collected automatically every 30 days using your chosen payment method. Please make sure your payment details are kept up to date. If a payment fails, your membership benefits may be suspended until payment has been received.

Glow and Signature: Your included treatments, credits and benefits do not roll over. Any unused benefits expire at the end of each 30 day membership period.

Skin Health: Your monthly membership credit can roll over for up to 3 months, allowing you to build your credit and save towards a larger treatment.

Membership benefits are personal to the named member and cannot normally be transferred or exchanged.

However, members receive two guest passes per calendar year. A guest pass allows you to transfer one eligible membership treatment or benefit to a guest in your place. The guest pass must be used at the time of booking and counts as your membership entitlement for that period.

Your membership benefits are linked to your clinic account, so our team can help you keep track of your membership, available benefits and any credits when you book or attend the clinic.

There is a 6 month minimum commitment, so memberships cannot normally be cancelled during the initial six months.

After this period, you can cancel at any time by emailing info@nassifmedspa.co.uk. We require at least 14 days' written notice before your next billing date. If less than 14 days' notice is given, your next payment will still be taken and your membership will end at the end of that paid period.

You are welcome to take part in other clinic offers and promotions, and you can purchase additional vouchers alongside your membership. However, promotional offers and vouchers cannot be applied to your membership services or credits unless specifically stated in the offer terms.

Yes. All memberships have a minimum 6 month commitment.

After the initial six months, your membership continues on a rolling monthly basis until you choose to cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Yes. You can request to freeze your membership for up to 2 months per calendar year. Freeze requests must be made in writing at least 30 days before the requested freeze begins.

Your membership benefits cannot be used while your membership is frozen, and the freeze period will extend your minimum membership commitment by the same amount of time.
